The Orchard Offices in Ostrava in Demand
Ostrava, 3rd September, 2008 - Two months after opening the second phase of The Orchard office complex, we have signed lease contracts for nearly half of the 12,000 sqm five-storey office building. The successful letting progress on the first two Orchard buildings confirmed our expectations for strong demand for high quality office space and services in the Ostrava region. One entire floor in the second building was leased in June to Tieto Enator, and another significant tenant – OKD Doprava (part of New World Resources Transportation BV) – will transfer its headquarters to The Orchard in the Autumn. In addition to Tieto Enator’s expansion into the neighbouring Building 2, another original tenant – Home Credit International – also expanded and will open in the Orchard a development centre of more than 100 people.
